Alright I'll make one then, also I am re-working on the menu for an insert-and-go usability instead of needing to setup a common event too, this also supports all the requests you asked for (shows the trainer+party, custom menu buttons, highlights on buttons, backgrounds, gender specifics, and the type background for the trainer's party) also, I would like you to know since I am making this script I too will use it. (It only seems fair right?) The pictures however must be located in: Pictures/Menu (I'm sure I have said that before) so this should be done by tomorrow, afterwards I'll work on the VS bar system.
