The only thing I found was that 4th Gen Korean Pokemon were prohibited. But in 5th gen they're fine.

I got a hold of a Korean ROM right before the Year Of The Dragon event ended, and managed to swipe one from WIFI. It sucked playing through the beginning of the game again, but at least if there are any more Korean Events I won't need to do it anymore.

It should be. You do all this on the computer. The file needs to be copied to the External Disk, then you open the External Disk, right click r4i_gold_plus_v2_8.rar, and click Extract Here.

The file r4i_gold_plus_v2_8.rar should be on your SD now, you right click it and select Extract Here.

After the file is on your SD, right click it and select Extract Here. It should replace the necessary files and hopefully fix your problem. This is still on your computer.
