If you're starting the fights violence is not always the answer,i've had a few issues with my temper in the past,and I can say from experience that after you learn to control it you find yourself far stronger then you once were,as well as having bettered yourself for it.
If they're starting the fights then the best thing to do would be to inform a teacher,or somebody else with authority. n.n

If you're the one who's gettin the beat-down then I wouldn't get discouraged,I brought a College Football player to his knees when I was 13...he was three times my size,surviving in a fight is not only about being bigger than your opponent.
