Yup is kinda hard and takes time for normal people to gain strenght and flexibility.
I train almost everyday, so that's true. One week out and you're not as strong as before.

My friend got married a few weeks ago, and I filmed the entire thing...so I'm using this time to make him an awesome wedding video, so both he and his wife have something to remember the day with :-)...it's not easy though, coz I'm only able to work with one hand!!
