Well, yeah, but IIRC, HP lets you take a greater amount of hits. But with the defensive stat as low as the first, then i dont think it will matter much XD

They both have great ivs, so its kinda hard to decide. Second one may be more beneficial now that you mention it however.

Id say the first one, second ones really nice to however.
