  • Hiya, I'm doing good thanks - how about you? c: Thanks, same to you!

Apologies for the lack of replying but it's hard finding time to reply to such long VMs right now :(
Lucky you ): and I don't have any exams because my degree is pretty much all coursework :p I think I only have two exams in the entire three year course.

So you're still in high school? I have no idea how the american school system works still. Awesome! :D So you wanna be a doctor or something? :3
I had a great time thanks! I hope that your evening with the parents was a big letdown. Did you end up hanging with your gf?
    Heya happy new year to you, too! :D so far not much has happened, hope it's at least more fun than 2012 was though. xD;
Aha same. Yu Yu Hakusho was never aired here, presumably because it never really was that popular an anime, and they saw no reason to dub it, but DBZ was definitely a part of my childhood, and I was still pretty young the first time I started watching it :p

Kuwabara was definitely one of my favourite too. I'd call him a comic relief character, although the whole show was pretty much pure comedy, so that's a bit hard to say :p But I really liked how he stood up for what he believed in and didn't give up, however his awkwardness and his, sadly, stupidity kinda overshined that, and he was less regarded as an inspiration, and more as a, well, clown :p He was definitely one of my favourite characters though.

My favourite would probably be, common as it is, Yusuke. He may have been a douche and all and pretty mean to even his friends, but his heart was at the right place, and his constant sarcastic comments never failed to bring forth a chuckle, and I liked how they used him here as a main protagonists. The generic protagonist in most animes, and most other media for that matter, is usually always a kind, do-gooder in everything imaginable, always friendly and all, and only out to do the best for others, whereas Yusuke acted as an antagonist within a protagonist. He obviously always gave in to help out with everything in the end, but so often he just didn't seem like he cared, and in the beginning it was definitely evident that he wasn't your standard hero. I really love his character, but I just don't really want to, because that's just how the main characters are supposed to be and it annoys me :((

I also really liked Kurama, just because out of all of them he seemed so calm and professional, and his story was really interesting. Hiei was a little too aggressive imo and I just didn't really like him that much as a character. Oh god better stop now or I'm afraid I can't get myself to later :(

Haven't ever heard of Air Gear, but I haven't really read any mangas other than DBZ either though. Is it good?

Wow, so many of my favourite animes there. Followed One Piece quite a bit through, although I stopped when I reached the end of the English Dub, because I really hate switching over to subs because I'll have to get used to all the new voices and all and I just don't really like that :( It's definitely one of the better animes I've watched :D

I tried to get into Bleach, but it just really bored me for some reason. I just wasn't all that big on the whole concept, possibly because it's stuff that I've already seen so many times before. People seem to obsess over it like crazy, so I find it weird how I just don't seem to have any interest at all.

Fairy Tail's the same as One Piece, got quite a bit into it, however I just seemed to lose interest somewhere midway through it, so I never really got around to starting on it again. It was really well made though, and is definitely something I'd go to if I ever needed an anime to wathc :p

Watched both FMA and FMA: Brotherhood, and omg they were amazing. The concept, the characters, the battles, the plot, everything was amazing about it, and I just really wish there'd be a new series or something based around it. It was kinda weird going from on storyline to another with the same characters, but I really really liked it. I'd be all up for rewatching it somewhere along the way.

Cowboy Bebop I've heard a lot of praise on, but I've just never got aroudn to watching in. I guess it was around the time when I stopped watching animes I learned of it, but I guess it's something that'd be worth watching, hm?

    Pokemon, duh!

Yu-Gi-Oh was quite different from anything I'd ever watched, and I really liked it. Never got that far into the first series, but watched GX all the way through. Need to rewatch it sometime.

Elfen Lied was an utterly amazing anime, and I couldn't find out how I felt about it. I was constantly terrified of everything that went on in it, yet I couldn't stop watching because it was so amazing. Darn deathtraps!

And apart from DBZ I haven't watched any of those, but I don't think I have to say much on that anime either which hasn't already been said somewhere :p

For animes I like myself, Code Geass is definitely up there. It was a really great anime and had a really great plot. It was a bit boring in the first few episodes, but quickly evolved into being one of my favourite animes ever. The characters were so lovable and just all the events and plot and everything was just great. I'm afraid of saying anything about it, because I feel like everything I can say about it is a spoiler. You should definitely watch it if you ever need an anime to watch.

Naruto also stole a big part of my time at one point, and I watched all the way up to when they were still making episodes, but then I lost interest. It was definitely a great anime, but waaaay overrated. It's worth watching though :3

Omg how did this become so long, I was trying to make everything as short as I possibly could :(
Hey there! No problem. :) My signature/profile features Lilith, a siren from the video game series Borderlands.
There's nothing specific I really want to know about you, just getting to know you through VM's and stuff, however that bottom line seals our eternal friendship. Now you won't be able to escape whether you want to or not >:)

Nah, but seriously, YYH is great, and really slipped by one too many noses :( The art style may not be as great as all those fancy pants Naruto and whatever stuff everyone watches today, but it was one of the best animes I've ever watched :p

Soo, are there any other animes you like? :D
