Using Learn Japanese aps

And my 2nd Period 6th grade science teacher spoke Japanese, he could greet me in both Japanese and German. He was great, but was fired due to layoffs..

Try watching Ep 1 with subs, the edited out the 'violent' slapping scenes in the Dub. Despite being voiced by a girl, he sounds more like a guy, and Brock, Misty, and Gary all have not horrible voices!

Brock= Takeshi
Gary= Shigeru
Misty=Kasumi

Also, starters:

And technicaly, in the last what, 15 years? He's aged a year. The celebrated Ash-Pikachu's 1st anniversary in one of the movies, so that means he's at least eleven.

In Japan, Ash (known as Satoshi) is always so much more serious than in America.. It's weird. He's not all like "Let's be besties forever! <3<3<3 Sparklezz!", but like, "COME FACE ME YOU COWARD"
