Not sure but I think Skype comes pre-installed these days as it's Windows's main IMing client. I'm sure it'll give you an option to set up an account though.

i was leveling up my starmie and i thought that might be quicker but he's past lv 50 now so its good...leveling a skorupi with exp share on marvelous bridge very slowly, but making money with wings while im at it. 70 wings=10500 poke dollars=10 vitamins :)

That's what I'm gonna do since I have 4 DS systems it won't be that hard I just want to use the dream radar and my white2 game in the 3DS but couldn't really figure out exactly how to do it, thanks for the help.

Yeah it won't let me connect with any of my game, I'll have to just figure another way to trade with it with out the AR in or just not use it at all.

Well only my DS games are pokemon, I own ither games for other systems that I have , but I have only tried with my W / B2 game, I was afraid if I tried with any other and it went through my fc would change, but I do have copies of HG / SS that I don't use for trading, will one of those games work on a 3DS?
