Depends onhis skill. If two hackers are at the same level, the firered one will win because he has more resources going for him.

Went for the fun, so I chose Daichi's Polaris killing route.

I will not be able to map first because:
I'm gonna use JPAN's Hacked FR Engine and I can't start mapping yet because I might make some bugs in-game.

Right now what I'm doing is making more out of graphics (Tiles, OWs, Certain Sprites etc.)

AND I'm currently focusing on Pocket Ninja since Jambo's 649 patch isn't going to be available soon.

I can't hack Emerald for B2/W2 because:
-No B2/W2 Repel System
-I can't add more Pokemon
-I can't add more TMS
-Animation is hackable in FR so they can be applied
-No New moves and move animations
-Match calls can be done in FR
-BF can also be done in FR
-and more can be done in FR.

Why do you think it would be easier? In many respects, the code used is FR is simpler than RS.

We know 10x more about FireRed, which means we can do 10x more with it. That is why more people hack FireRed.
