Deoxys movie is awesome because it has a freaking Metagross in it. Plus, the portrayal of Deoxys as some kind of replicating virus is just perfect.

It was good, minus the fact that I couldn't be on PC for as long as I had previously planned >.<

Destiny Deoxys probably and the Rise of Darkrai. It has a wide array of Pokemon which appeared. I like it.
