Hmm flareon might be a good choice here. I mean Flareon is I think the slowest of them anyway so he wouldn't mind the bad speed IV lol. 2nd choice would be leafon but his speed is rather high and might be better as an impish nature or so to wall:p. How many eggs it took you btw and did you upload it yet?:P
