I have a Sonic and Shadow chao. I used a normal Chao to make the Sonic one. I made a normal Shadow chao eventually too (they need to be around age 4 or 5 to finally show those Sonic/Shadow colors, though). So, for my next Shadow chao, I used a shortcut by breeding a two-tone red chao. If you take any two-tone ___ color chao and turn them into the Dark alignment, their bodies become black and their color becomes the highlight. So yay, easy red stripes!
I really want a two-tone green Dark Chaos chao! Green fire is epic!
