If it's not something ridiculously obscure ... depends on the symptoms. If it's a purely psychological problem, then it'd be pretty hard without interacting, so. If it's a physical problem, very probably as long as at least one symptom is visible.

It's kind of both. By using extraordinary deduction skills, a sort of limited future sight can be achieved which can typically only be invalidated by an unknown sent into the equation. For most practical purposes, however, it's deduction, because it's not like she'll know stuff that's hours into the future (or even minutes for more than a few flashes, really - too much unpredictability).

But how can you deal with the repeating rooms for so long? I mean, it is fun, but I honestly don't know how much longer I can play @_@
Right now I'm waiting for an update that'll include more rooms, if I had that, I'd probably play again.
