Lol! :) the Yankees kinda ruined it this year. It's not that they necessarily suck, but it's just hard playing in a division where only one team is below 500. The Red Sox, Rays, and Orioles just don't want to give in lol. And LMAO, my dad has some issues with the cardinals more because of when he was younger. When he was really young, he was a Yankees fan and the cardinals are one of the few teams that actually has a winning World Series record at 3-2 against the Yankees. Then apparently the cardinals and mets were rivals in like the 60's or 70's or 80's or something. Oh, and then of course there was 2006. He felt like the Mets could have beaten the Tigers that year and the cardinals ruined it for them! Lol
