By what? Grass types weren't and aren't commonly used because it typically gets the short end of the stick when it comes to power. And even so, most things that can OHKO Blastoise EX when its HP is down to 150 still need 4 energy to reach that point. We'll probably see Blastoise EX get used alongside Keldeo EX and the normal Blastoise, meaning it'll have access to the normal Blastoise's Ability (Deluge), and it'll be able to be powered up faster than most other EXs.
