  • What doesn't help is that I'm a perfectionist when it comes to getting ideas into writing. If it isn't anywhere close to perfect, my mind filters it out before it even gets to my conscious mind, ahaha.
... and of course I lose my motivation to write it as I get home. :(

I'll see what I can get out in my spare time, still. I do need to keep my writing skills around since all I've really got left of those are skills in technical writing.
Well, it kinda flopped as an anime, but I might basically just write it as her writing a really bad piece of fanfiction. For now the plan is to make it a Mary Sue type story using what is her "reality". That may change.
As soon as I get some written up, I'll send off a sample. It's basically going to be written from the perspective of one of the most airheaded and dumbest characters in the Negima! franchise: Makie Sasaki. If I find I still have the energy to write when I get home, that is.
Would you mind if I wrote intentionally bad fanfiction and posted it in your section?

Just wondering. I kinda got some inspiration from my conversation with Pokestick, Good Times. :P
Well, they nixed it in PMD: Gates to Infinity and made it so you could choose your own, but the rest of the games had it, and it was particularly fun to mess with a little. I actually had guidebooks with all the answers to the questions. Each answer added up to a set amount of points that determined your "personality." I generally got Cyndaquil when I answered honestly, but I'd occasionally cheat the quiz to get others (namely Cubone in Blue Rescue Team, and Riolu in Explorers of Sky).
In a nutshell, you assume the role of a human turned into a Pokémon character (originally based on the results of a personality quiz), and inadvertently partner up with a real Pokémon who finds you in the wilds (your character has no idea who you really are, you just remember your name and that you were human). You form either a team and recruit other Pokémon, who try to help you accomplish various missions. It sounds a little repetitive, but it's actually pretty addiction. BTW, it's also a dungeon crawler, if that's any reference.
Okay. The only "teams" in Pokémon I've ever named were the ones I had in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon (which kind of requires you to make a guild or clan name in order to progress). Nobody can out perform Team Feral Fang. :P

I made the thread for the PC Staff into Tiberian Sun thingy... I will be oh so dead xD

Wish I could watch more TV, but my sisters keep claiming it :(

Though I browse PC and play games at the same time, while I'm a PC gamer O_o

Ah I see. I had a lot of spare time so I always played video games xP

It's a great RTS and one of the best from the C&C series.
    T
Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun, which is absolute freeware thanks to EA.

Plus it's my favorite RTS ever :P

Well in some there are still cheats, like in GTA V, but not as much as they used to have.

Also now I have a wonderful idea to rename all units in a RTS game to PC staff members xD
    T
Usually they are missions where I have to be stealthy.

Fortunately I can cheat through it (not that I do :P) with a modding program i have for a game xP
    T
Ironically there are missions where it's better to encounter no enemies. However i was wandering around for ages xD
If you're asking if I'm going to be posting it there, then yes. I ask people to develop characters, and from there I work out a story. Of course, I would like future plot idea's once I have a solid ground to stand on.

There is a saying in Dutch which actually means that if you never try, it will never succeed.
    T
Well I love making them, so giving up wasn't even a option haha.

That would be quite interesting indeed. I've seen it in video games so in a story (hell, I even did it in one campaign) it could definetly happen aswell.
