I didn't use it a whole lot for the months leading up to its demise so I thought I wouldn't miss it but... I really do. :( It had so many great features, even if they didn't all work properly all the time. Of all the times to mess up though, a modding chat... hahaha.

Yeah, I never even bothered trying to get my head around any of that. So mistakes or no, I'm really glad other admins are taking the time to figure this sort of thing out. :D

Hmmm for Americans I'd assume that would definitely be money issues, considering they have to pay for tuition and everything. There was just no need to stay on campus; my university is about twenty minutes away from where I live, which has its pros and cons I guess. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh I can't even imagine. How far away is the student house from the actual campus? Must be one way to become popular haha. Would be pretty nervous to live like that though, without anyone to keep me in line I'd become a full-on alcoholic.

Medical biochemistry strikes me as incredibly interesting but tough enough as well, I'm guessing there's tons of organic chemistry involved? Is it pharmacology-esque at all?

Well yeah, you're just a kid at that age. To be honest after everything I've experienced this year I'm beginning to think everyone's a kid for a very long time indeed, without realising it. Emotional maturity doesn't hit you at a certain age, you just make it up as it goes. Obviously that's an extreme generalisation but yeah, teenagers are teenagers. Hmmm I think I'll probably have it finished round July-August... then fishing it out could take months or years. I'm not expecting to get it published, the chances statistics-wise tell you it's just not going to happen no matter how good your novel is.

That's amazing! Over here it's pretty regular for you to stay with your parents until you're at least finished your bachelor's degree, sometimes even your master's. After that it's usually time to get out, though, haha. That only goes for those who live in the suburbs/city, however. Those in the country usually come down here and stay by themselves for their university careers. For the last two semesters, all I've been capable of doing is feeling jealous for my friends who live on campus. IT'S SUCH A GOOD LIFE. So I'm also jealous of you!

Eh it's okay, so far this has been the best year of my life so (I know it's cliché but whatever) everything works out in the end. I'll be alright. That doesn't sound less interesting at all, that sounds awesome!!

Ehhhh just go through my old threads; the ones I posted in FF&W and you'll see them. It sounds slightly immodest but it's uncanny to read what I wrote at age 13-14 and think, 'good lord I had some serious talent.' But at the same time I've matured a lot since then and I sort of cringe reading it because although the narrative was good, there was no real thematic value/message/you know you know you know. But I was very young so that's okay I suppose. The novel won't be going up online, I'm actually nearly finished it now, just have to transcribe all my handwritten notes to my computer and then start heavily rewriting it, then message it to agents and try and get one who'll try and get a publisher to publish it... I might just make it, Razor Leaf!!!
