Appointment was... mixed. There's no dream place for me to go, where I can stay and just get my trans issues sorted out. But there is a organization that takes in 18-21 year olds and helps them get on their feet if things get worse.
My therapist and I have agreed to make a plan to get me into college, unknowingly to my parents, this fall so I can get out of my house, and ride the bus to the LGBT organization in Pittsburgh, PA so I can start counseling and the necessary steps, and get support.
However, it's all up to me to call the college, and get myself enrolled, and find the loans and such to pay for it. It's 12,000 a year, which is 20,000 less than the college I was at (state school, instead of the private one I was at) and I had to only pay 2,000 out of pocket, so I'm thinking that's not a problem.
I'm really, really shy on the phone and find it hard to call places and people I do not know, my stomach does flips and I can't form a relevant sentence.
I could really, really use help on this.
