  • and do you mind doing a couple tradebacks? SO i can level my pokes up faster and also get legends in my pokedex?
Yeah, I beat it before Bank arrived, too. I have yet to get Y to play for the other legendary.
I think it will only be a problem if it can be legitimately imported into Kalos by the scanning standard of Pokémon Bank (missing the fact that AR was used to readd a move that could not be transferred). Otherwise, until they release a new one, there can never be a Pikachu with Surf. It's too bad we don't have one that I can easily clone and import whenever I find a trader for it, or even for a Wonder Trade exchange (which, while not done here, would still technically be an illegal Poké). I think it was a massive oversight on Nintendo's part to block it and give no way to get the move back after transfer as it loses its special reason for being there in the first place. Oh well, what can ya do? :)
Has it been reported that the 2012 World Championship Pikachu knowing Fly can be successfully imported to Kalos with the move still intact? I don't see it on the hacks list, but that doesn't mean it's known. I posted about my discovery of this in X/Y today.

There are other Unova Pikachu with Fly as well, but I won't go into detail on every one of them (still only another couple). Just pointing out that there is no longer an HM block on such moves on imports. Which is a great step forward and suggests the HM moves are not going to change again. I like that.

As for the Surfing Pikachu, I wonder if, say, the 2009 one could be illegally retaught Surf (using an AR) and pass Nintendo's checkers as previously distributed. That would be interesting. I haven't tried, but I figure it would be blocked if they're on the ball.
