I suppose I could... technically read minds with it? It's more a study of the mind and how to learn things about people based on their past experiences without them actually telling you. And yes, I love my laptop dearly. I added a lot of RAM to it, too, so it allows me to have a bunch of Chrome tabs, a few Word docs, and my Windows OS with XSE and all of those goodies.


I've tried and tried but for some reason I just can't get after it :/ and it really kills my motivation to map when everything looks so bland. But if you were willing to help that would be fantastic! I guess it would be a sort of trade-off, with me mapping for ye and you helping me with that gross insertion...

And yeah, I've done a bit of spriting, and I'm working on about half of them for my hack. I'm not too good at OWs but I know m way around battle sprites, so if that's what you want, I'll give you all I can.


That's great! I'll be sure to download it as soon as it becomes available. And I'll be sure to check into the Map Script thing; the talking script I loaded the NPC with functions perfectly, but it just likes to hang out somewhere else >:^(

School and life are both a bit monotonous tbh. I just started my college psychology course today, and it's... surprisingly easy. So I suppose that's good! I'm glad you'll be able to buy a new power supply soon; my laptop actually died a few years back thanks to the same issue, but I was able to fix it after a quick and slightly pricy trip to the Apple store. Now it's about eight years old and loaded with both Mac 10.6.8 and Windows 7, and I love it to death, ahaha.

I could probably give you some aid with sprites and even possibly mapping, considering that I actually like mapping and you're not the biggest fan of it... I've been having a lot of trouble with tile insertion, sadly, so my maps are just the onboard BPRE tiles (and I really dislike them). I've had no luck finding anyone to help me either, so I guess I'm going to have to struggle through it.

Alas, ROM hacking isn't always easy. What's the status with BT? I'm personally doing all right, although there's a peculiar glitch in my current copy where this NPC always sits in one particular spot on the map no matter where I put him. Strange... :/

School is a big part of that, actually, so it's kinda neutral. Just trying to avoid getting swamped. And that does suck about your PC! Any chance of you getting a new one soon?

Hey, you're a bad spriter right? Why not ask around pokecommunity for a good spriter and ask him to do it. (I changed Chrostar again, sorry) Tell the spriter exactly this. Make Chrostars sprite look like a black wolf about to pounce on its prey, with circular bright neon green markings on its forehead, around its tail and paws, and then neon blue eyes
