Sleep Talk is a TM in Gen 6 and can be learned by almost every Pokemon in existence.

And really, I've never had any problem with people using sleep moves. But what I think would be best is for you to bring this up in the discussion thread so everyone can talk about it.

That's a bit vague though. What happens in battles on Showdown is that if one Pokemon is already asleep but not on the field, and you try to put another to sleep, the sleep move will fail and it'll mention something about Sleep Clause. If you had previously put a Pokemon to sleep but it is now dead, it'll let you put another Pokemon to sleep.

Oh, we should probably bring the whole sleep conversation into the discussion thread. Polar might get mad again if we keep talking about it in the challenge thread.
