For the Odyssey, I would recommend brushing up on Greek gods and heroes, and finding out the storyline, without ruining the ending. That will make it a much easier read.

I will. I read the Odyssey and that was AMAZING! Make sure to read the translation by Robert Fagles.
The Odyssey was very good, i highly recommend it.

Not quite acing. I got a 92 on the demonstration thing. Because it was too long. It sucks so much because I didnt get points off my actual performance, but because the teacher was (possibly) bored.

I'm really good at dealing with pain so for me they're just really annoying. Really, really, really annoying. :c I can agree with the latter though. Tbh I can't stand when they're long.
