I have an idea for your Fairy-type Club. Technically it is still PoTW, but an upgraded version of it. Instead of featuring one Fairy, you pick two Fairy-types for that week. Then it follows a similar format from the current PoTW's Q&A. Finally the members will get to vote which Fairy-type Pokémon deserves the title of PoTW. You can reuse the Pokémon as well, as in Clefairy vs Jigglypuff for this week, then Clefairy vs Marill.

Would you like me to demonstrate it in your pixie group? :)
