I think so to. I love every generation of Pokemon, but I think gen 5 is not as appreciated as the other gens and I think Gen 5 was where Pokemon took the biggest steps. Plus I like that Gen 5 changed the formula a bit, like how in the first B/W you don't find the champion until the post game, the first gym is decided by your starter and is a triple (or was it Rotation) battle, how it was the first gen where you get 2 rivals with Cheren and Bianca, how it added a lot of stuff that you can do sidely or in the post game, how you can fuse 2 of the 3 main legendaries, and that it had more character development to it.
After Gen 5, I would say my favorite would either be Gen 3 or Gen 6. Gen 3 because besides Gen 1, I grew up with Gen 3 and I really liked the Pokemon that it brought, having a very nice region, having 2 evil teams with none of them being exactly evil, among a few others. Gen 6 because it also took a huge step of going full 3D, and adding in some cool features like Pokemon Amie, super training, mega evolution, having in my opinion one of the better quality Pokemon listings, and not to mention the Gen 3 remakes that it brought with it.
Well someone pretty much confirmed to me that he is using a Mac with a Skype message that I got saying that he was rebooting into Windows to play a game, and the only computers that I can think of that you would need to reboot into Windows just so that a specific game can be played is Mac. I don't think I'll get a Mac anytime soon as well for the exact same reasons you mentioned. Unless I was going into some sort art rather it be drawings, music, or anything like that I would get a Mac since I heard that is what they are best used for, but since I'm not going into any of them I don't think I will get one anytime soon.
