We use a lot of english words. they are "Angliscismes". Some examples:

ENGLISH FRENCH US
Car Voiture (or) Automobile Char
Lightning Éclaire Éloise
Tied up Attaché Amauré
ready prêt paré

And we'll say "Back", "Bailer (to bail)", "feeder"...
