I see. Are you guys ever going to plan an upgrade?

Oh and I'm having issues with the site on my tablet that uses Google chrome. Sometimes the site loads extremely slow and occasionally crashes chrome. Is it the site in general or only a mobile phone/tablet issue?

How do I upload a gif for an avatar?
Seeing those prices really scares me. I need four different pills for my stomach and they all cost me a combined 3€ and I don't want to think what I'd do if prices were so insane.

Also this is pretty dumb but today I went on the trip to Toledo I mentioned and as I walked around the city I saw a street called "Toledo, Ohio Street" and I couldn't help but laugh...
Well, it's more like months, and it depends. Last year I needed some x-rays and I had to wait just under a month. There are wait times, but that's what you have when literally everybody who needs a procedure can request it- and I'd rather have that.
Of course, taxes here are twice as high as in the US (all that free healthcare and better transport costs money) and prices are generally lower so an average yearly salary over here can be like... 20,000€. So this house is expensive for the average- there are much worse beasts the closer you get to the centre though.

Germany is like the most popular place in general. I have a former uni classmate living there!

And I'd change the real thing for the bear. Couldn't do it much worse.
I can go to work by foot and out public transport is pretty good so I'm grateful for that! I do hope you can be less jaded, because yeah idk maybe it's that I notice it when you do but I have seen you complain often enough to pick up on it haha

Well, it's not that /horrid/ but here laws are more stringent about minimum wages, paid holidays and redundancy compensations so employers are a bit more wary about hiring, since it's not as easy to get rid of a bad employee. It's a delicate balance and here in Spain it's particularly bad. France is not quite as awful but yeah... unemployment is about 10% in average over the EU.

Those are crazy price increases in a decade, lordy. We had a bubble -this house is now worth about 15 times as much- but not quite as high in comparison.

I still am! Just came back from work actually. Covering US politics, so I'm pretty aware about Trumpy.
You always talk about how NYC is bad! Like, is it so hard living in there? :x

We do have our problems here, like an unemployment rate x3 that of the US, a kinda existential crisis with a State trying to secede and yeah I probably wouldn't afford a home like mine if my mom hadn't bought it 35 years ago for 6,000€.

Seeing the world is always great, but moving to a different new place to settle is... daunting, I know.
