No, it's not exam time, but we have a lot of activities scheduled for us. An Old Age Home visit, the annual science expo and then a scholarship test I'll be attempting. That's it. In my free time, I'll continue the challenge I'm undertaking(a nuzlocke, to be specific, of OR). Enjoy!

In that case should I write up a graduation speech type of post for Wisteria explaining the situation in the IC? Yeah the idea of her giving the cast quests sounds like a good idea though. Bellatrix is essentially there to scout out possible trainers to help revive the league so I guess she would be interested in the battling side of things. I guess I should write up a couple of teachers based on disciplines of Pokemon training as well - battling, breeding, evolving, I dunno?

I'm happy to do the interest check, that said, I think I wanted to iron out the original IC a little more first before I push people to start. I guess just knowing what changes exactly should be made to it should be okay but I wanted to incorporate some sort of mini-objectives to start off with so that people have more to do if they need ideas, though I'm not really sure how to achieve that. Also, I should probably address everyone in the OOC that you're now my co-GM hahaha :p Also if you're still interested in playing, you could still join in - I wouldn't have any objections.

As for being away, no stress, real-life takes precedence always hahah. I'll probably be a bit busy too around that time since that's my exam period but I'm sure if we prepare even a bit it'll be fine.

Yeah I agree with your sentiments over the dex hahah. Hmm, I was thinking that the mass capture was that perhaps they tried to take over openly in the past and failed, though some of your ideas might work better. And yeah, the idea that trainers are to blame is a good angle I think.

Anyway, I was thinking about Team Phantom a little more and I guess that by making Pokemon very scarce, their value increases, so perhaps they rely on selling Pokemon illegally like you suggested? This is especially a contrary force working against the likes of obtaining a license and using dodgy Pokeballs, though I don't think they'd be supplying the latter to the public, rather creating them to be able to catch Pokemon without a license, whether it be illegally supplying people with the opportunity or doing it themselves. Maybe these Pokeballs have unwanted side-effects on Pokemon - e.g. more aggressive behaviour? I dunno.
