  • This whole "opposite sides of the world" thing is really, really inconvenient for our VMing, isn't it? I'm barely keeping my eyes open tonight. No chance of insomnia...

In fact, I only got on to post something to a friend. Speaking of which, WHY AM I STILL ON??

    TTYL
I don't really know what oriental Chinese is, but I DO know that whatever it is, that isn't it.

    I didn't know that.

Oh, and I also forgot to mention that all American husbands are either straight-laced workers with no future or drunken Wife-Beaters, and all gay guys are either bulky German Ubermensch, or tiny fem-guys. Which of course is completely wrong; I have an outwardly gay friend, but if you didn't know it, you'd never be able to tell him apart from anyone else. Well, anyone else at my school, anyway...
Well, we've got our own stereotypes for all categories. All businessmen are greedy land-rapists, all politicians are self-interested liars, all comedians are life-experience gurus, all people of middle-Eastern descent are terrorists, all Asian people are uptight workaholics...even my fellow youth and I are apparently video-game-addicted, overweight, unappreciative, lazy no-gooders who spend our days wasting our lives on WoW, smoking pot, and knocking each other up.

Lol, but you gotta love the "Chinese" restaurants, what with their heaping piles of fried foods, their Spanish-fluent workers, their Asians-only hiring policies, and their not-oriental background music they play.

You gotta admit, stereotypes are just plain funny, mostly because their unture.

BTW I have yet to meet anyone that blatantly reminded me of Homer Simpson...although I can do a marvelous impersonation of the Peter Griffin laugh.
Haven't heard from you in forever. What's been up?

Take a guess where I ate at yesterday.

American stereotypicalization at its finest. Outback Steakhouse. Apparently, putting a boomerage on every square foot of wall qualifies it as being an Australian restaurant. I had to fight a chuckle at some of the ridiculous food names.

If there's one thing America does right, it's taking something fake and calling it authentic.

That's not saying the food was bad. It just didn't strike me as very...outback-y.
The Uprising: Fighting the Pokémon Extermination

so that's what you are in :) it has run a long way i see.
Not sleepy, so I made my post. Pretty dull, just more character development.

There's that whole icky one-post-per-day-rule. So, that means we'll have to keep our violent impulses in check. For now...
:P Didn't you hear? "Phail" is the newest l33tsp34k.

Haha, in class the other day we explained l33tsp34k to my Italian European-History teacher, and she went on a twenty-minute rant about how our generation is creating a new era by creating a new language. It was pretty funny.

PS: Got a new fandom. Just take a look at my vid :D

PPS: RP BATTLE HAS STARTED! HOORAY!! Let the killing begin!!
Nothing shameless about it. Of course, I'm alos a writer, so my opinion might just a little bit biased...

My internet is phailing a lot lately, but I'll read it when I get the chance. And hopefully, I can motivate myself to finish the next part of MY fic, too.
Okie Dokie :) i'm on with the reading as soon as my cousin stops irritating me.. ouch she hit me..
ok reading btw why don't you publicize it coz i was the only person to have commented and am really sorry that i am not good at giving CC+ ( said that to you before ) i mean you can tell your other friends bout the fic, you've got a very good talent.
Hehe, don't worry. It may seem a long way now, but before you know it, it will all be a funny memory.
