What about the Blissey? (Nature and EVs) ohh and if you could EV reduce the Kingra I think I want it... If not ill see if I can find someone who can reduce it...

Well...It has a Rash nature and only 3 Attack IV's, so I would say that should be a pretty easy...no. You want to aim for at least 29 in Atk and 31 in spd, at the very least.
