Giratina ,( really liked the idea of making him into a character )
Deoxys , ( I liked the possibilities of a character with a metamorphic personality )
Lugia and Celebi ( I've always had a soft spot for these two not sure why though )

I like a few others but I think the making of them into characters was something unoriginal

Actually thats one of the parts I'm stuck on *struck by fail lightning* most of my favorites are taken
