Hidden Power (Fighting) is the better option over Substitute on Espeon. It gives it a way to deal with Dark Pokemon, as the current set can't touch them otherwise.

Smeargle should use this spread to optimize its bulk: 80 HP/96 Def/80 SDef/252 Spe.

Ninjask has a hard time Baton Passing things because of its 4x weakness to Stealth Rock. Gliscor is a better alternative because of its good physical bulk. That, and you already have Smeargle to BP Speed boosts:
-Substitute
-Baton Pass
-Earthquake
-Toxic/Taunt/Facade
Nature: Impish
EVs: 248 HP/36 Def/236 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

If Infernape is forced to use U-turn while being Choiced, it kills off the boosts it received in the first place. A mixed attacking set might be a better idea to give it more versatility while on the field:
-Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-Grass Knot/U-turn
-Stone Edge/Mach Punch
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

The same applies to Hydreigon:
-Substitute
-Dragon Pulse
-Fire Blast
-Focus Blast/Roost
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

The longer a BP chain is, the more likely it is to fail. And Perish Song absolutely laughs in your face. So does Whirlwind, Haze, etc.

Mienshao doesn't really fit in this chain. With 65/60/60 Defensively, it doesn't really get much time to SD before going out. So he's best nixed for Mr. Mime:

Mr. Mime @ Leftovers
Trait: Soundproof
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Baton Pass
- Nasty Plot / Calm Mind
- Taunt / Barrier / Substitute
- Psychic

So remember how Perish Song laughs at you? Well, Mimes don't have to listen to it. Nasty Plot gives a +2 SAtk boost, which you can pass off right away. Calm Mind, however, gives less SAtk, but adds +1 SDef, which can let you add more boosts. Taunt protects you from statusing, Whirlwind, Roar, Haze, etc. Barrier adds another boost to be passed on, and also patches up Mr. Mime's already pathetic defense, allowing him to take on more boosts. Substitute is nice to potentially get the Baton Pass receiver in unscathed. Psychic prevents him from becoming Taunt bait, and can let it abuse the stat boosts itself.

Also, go for Substitute on Smeargle over Magic Coat. Substitute can be passed, and will essentially give the receiver a free turn.
