He knows a lot about government policy, international relationships, and about the active smaller super villians that were active in Britain when he was worked there. As he was a spy, I think he should have a decent tactical sense, but he is no scientist. He doesn't understand the physics behind his powers at all. He's no genius by any stretch of the imagination.

I checked the accepted characters, and at the moment we have 4 girls and 2 guys. The girls are 20, 23(But also immortalish), 22, and unkown. The boys are 22 and 45(?).
They got there powers by being born with them, being a God, getting them from a God, having an accident, doing something and than forgetting what, and again, being born with them.
Their powers are Water based, Water based, Putting stuff together, splitting himself up, doing shady stuff, and being made of energy.

I love statistics, actually. And these are great! I like that the most shruggable of the statistics are from Quantum xD Some people say that the amnesia storyline thing is cliché, but I really like it. And it can be used really well!

Oh boy, now I worry that people don't like my character's backstory. Don't hate me, please :(

I said it earlier already, clichés are fine, I feel. Just like tropes, they are merely a story telling mechanism, and they aren't necessarily bad. As long as something fun is done with the amnesia, I think everybody will like it.

Thanks! I'm kind of basing it off of an already existing superhero in DC comics, but he's not going to have the same story, characteristics, or theme. In the comics, he's being used by the government for his powers in case someone needs to fight the Flash (in case the Justice League turns totalitarian), because he can cancel Flash's speed with his vibrations. Aaand my comic book nerd is showing, so I'll stop.

You're right, what I intended for it to be is the ability to create a vibration that matches the frequency of any object and essentially disintegrate it. It definitely is incredibly powerful, but I don't intend on him even knowing he can do that for a while, and even when he does, I don't intend him to have control over his powers to that extent. When I wrote it, I was mostly just detailing everything that vibrational powers entail. I suppose I can give him another weakness in that it takes a lot of energy for him to use his powers, so he can't be in action for long and, as listed, he needs to eat a lot.

Does anyone think my story is too little? I think I should add more context based on the information in the original post.

Giron // "Basil DeLeon"

Age: 30 (which is young adulthood for his species)

Appearance/Attire: Giron's true form is that of a humanoid lizard creature. On two legs he stands at a height of nearing seven feet tall and he weighs around 85Kg. Giron's skin is a pale moss-green colour however much of his body is covered in hard scales that are a deep forest-green colour. Like most members of his species, Giron has long and powerful limbs and hands and feet that end in sharp, hooked claws and although not visible to the naked eye his palms and the soles of his feet are covered in tiny hooks much like on the feet of a gecko. Giron's lizard-like features also include long and muscular tail, deep crimson eyes, small but sharp teeth and a series of spines along his neck. In his true form Giron does not wear any semblance of clothing.

Due to his power, Giron actually has a few different secret identities although the ones he uses most often are all known by the name of "Basil". The favourite of these identities is a young man in college majoring in history and minoring in politics. "Basil" appears to be around the age of nineteen or twenty and stands at a moderately tall height of six feet. He appears to be of a mix of Caucasian and Hispanic descent and has simple and unassuming brown eyes and short but messy black hair. He is slim and somewhat toned but far from ripped.

As Basil, Giron typically wears a pair of black or blue denim jeans, a white button-up shirt and a blue, black or grey zip-up hoodie. He wears a simple bracelet around his left wrist that displays a lizard made of emeralds.

Personality: Despite being an alien, Giron has a personality that is very human in a sense. Giron is moderately intelligent and has an extremely curious mind. He is the kind of person who loves to sit down watching documentaries on National Geographic or the History Channel or who gets lost on the internet reading about random trivia. Despite this though, Giron can be quite scatterbrained. He can remember a lot of facts, but he can never remember what dates assignments are due or where he has left half of his possessions.

Giron is a friendly and compassionate person which has lead to him having a fairly wide social circle as Basil, although he doesn't have many close friends he enjoys peoples company and likes to talk and listen. Giron also likes to have a laugh and enjoys humour, although on occasion he misses jokes taking things too literally. In general he is the kind of person that others like to be around (despite actually being a big lizard) and is a very kind and dependable individual even if he can be a little oblivious.

Despite his sharp teeth, Giron (like all of his species) is actually a herbivore which has given him the chance to see animals from a different perspective. Because of this he has developed a love of animals, especially those he sees on Earth.

Powers and Abilities:

Enhanced Physical Capabilities – In his natural form Giron is much stronger, faster and more agile than a human being. He is able to outrun Olympic sprinters quite easily on both two legs or on all fours, is an adept climber capable of easily scaling some of the sheerest surfaces and can leap a very long distance. He is also significantly stronger than humans possessing strength comparable to large and dangerous animals and is an efficient swimmer. However "enhanced" is not necessarily the best word for these abilities as they are merely the natural capabilities of Giron's species and amongst his people he is probably quite average for his age and gender.
Natural Weapons: As mentioned earlier, in his natural form Giron possesses sharp claws and teeth and a powerful tail and all of these things can be used as weapons.
Shapeshifting: Another ability of Giron's species is that they are capable of shifting their biological structure to resemble other creatures or items. This allows for a lot of versatility and adaptability and also the ability to easily conceal ones self. However this ability is also limited in that in another form Giron will also lose the abilities of his own natural state having those capabilities be replaced by those of the body he is using.
Sight/Smell/Taste: Giron's species also have senses of sight, smell and taste that are much sharper and clearer than those of a human. However the hearing of the species is about the same and their sense of touch is somewhat duller.

Strengths:

Positive Disposition: Giron has a very positive attitude, he is friendly and helpful towards others and tends to look on the bright side of things. This means that his bad moods tend not to last very long and that he is easy to work alongside.
Versatility: Giron's ability to change shape and the natural physical advantages of his species make him very versatile is his uses as a hero. He is useful for recon and frontal combat and even has potential as a distraction tactic.
Political/Historical/Legal Knowledge: Giron may only have an average degree of intelligence, however he is very knowledgeable in subjects relating to civics and history and can use that knowledge to his advantage both in everyday life and when being a hero.

Weaknesses:

Appearance: Despite his generally happy and friendly disposition, Giron can't help the fact that he is actually a big, dangerous-looking lizard. This appearance can cause people to react with terror and on occasion may even result in him being mistaken for a villain rather than a hero.
Lack of subtlety/Obliviousness: Despite being good at sneaking about and his attuned senses, Giron is not the kind of person who is subtle or perceptive. He is very straightforward in his nature and as a result is not the best at laying out plans, noticing traps or sometime picking up on peoples moods or wishes.
Soft Skin: Whilst much of Giron's body is covered in hard scales, a lot of it is also covered in softer skin. These areas of his body are more vulnerable to attacks and because of his lack of clothing/armour Giron may have to go to extra effort to avoid injury in some cases.

Origin Story: Giron doesn't really have much of an origin story, he's actually lived quite the ordinary life. Giron is a member of an alien species that's name is unpronounceable to humans but translates roughly to "Reptilia". He grew up with his two siblings and parents in a treetop dwelling in one of the many nature-integrated swamp cities on his home planet.

The Reptilia are an interesting species, immersed in nature but also many years ahead of humans in their transport technology. Possessing space ships that can travel between the layers of space and time with some degree of accuracy to travel great distances in small amounts of time. This technology in combination with the species' shape-shifting abilities gave rise to a lucrative travel industry in which Reptilia could rent a ship and travel to far of planets to experience life amongst other species.

It was such a trip that resulted in Giron ending up on Earth. He had heard about the recently discovered planet and had instantly fallen in love with the blue planet. Desperately wanting to visit Earth, Giron saved his money for several years before he was finally able to rent a ship and make the journey.

Unfortunately, Giron ran into a problem. As he approached the planet, Giron failed to notice a comet, the satelite's gravitational pull interfered with his trajectory and resulted in his ship crashing on a Canadian mountain range. This error resulted in Giron's travel visa being revoked and as other Reptilia rarely visit a planet as far away as Earth (because it is so expensive), let alone in the same area as Giron, he has been stuck on the planet for a year now with several more to go until he is able to obtain a new visa.

Well, they gave Vibe the name Reverb too for a while, so it's not like his extremely original, but I think the characters are different enough to work fine. It's clear you took inspiration, but personally I really don't find it troublesome. But as I said already, it's mostly Bidoof's opinion that matters here, haha.

In a sense, every character in this RP can be insanely overpowered. Hilda could merge a tank and a diamond, making an indestructible tank, Alex could turn into the Kraken and literally wreck everything, quantum could get a bigger suit and become the new Godzilla (and she gets fed up she can just tear her suit and annihilate Hyperia), Smiley could put a single clone in the middle of nowhere out of reach, making him practically impossible to kill, Nerites could actually unleash her goldy rage and destroy and flood Hyperia, Akira could use the shadow of every person in Hyperia to instantly impale them, and Giron could turn into a nuke and get rid of the entire city.

The only thing keeping them from doing all of these things is inexperience and/or limitations out of their control.

If he acquires DNA from, say a bunny, would he be able to change into a grizzly bunny, or only a grizzle and a bunny on separate occasions?

Arx, transforming into animals is an awesome power. Like, look at Beast Boy from Teen Titans. He was badass, really showed off what you could do with different transformations.
