Some sort of event involving speed. They're both pretty fast Pokemon and would blitz through things.

^^ Pachirisu is overall more defensive + speedier than Pika. But its lower Atk and SpAtk power does impede it...

Partially true. The fastest type is Psychic though.

Psychic types ? I thought it was Water-types (the Pokemon with Swift Swim as their ability) or Ninjask (with Speed Boost)
