We are gonna get paired in teams. You see we'll have lot's to do apart from battling we'll have to explore and that can be done in pair and while battling it'll depend on the type of the enemy. If the enemy is someone like Darkrai we'll require the whole team to battle or else the Default slot will be only 4 at a time. But 4 and 4 can battle to at the same time but it should not become confusing.

We'll have Certain Mission's like to help someone or too Explore some place, just like MD. And that's what all things will go into the adventure log too. Though the Missions can be done with your own leisure since the Main story line will be on too.. so it's better to balance things Simultaneously.

The arrangement will be something like this ( it can be altered if you people have any kind of arrangements/formats )

    POKEPALS.
    #MUDKIP( HP : ??/??)
    #TREECKO ( HP : ??/?? )

    ENEMY.
    DARKRAI ( HP : ??/?? )

(Since i'll be the one who'll be calling out the battles, i'll first RP the situation and have this format posted )

    Battle Members:
    + Glenn - Mudkip
    + (free)
    + (free)
    + (free)

( And depending on the situation the battle slots can be from minimum 1 to the maximum numbers of RPers we have, Basically, if you choose to join in the battle, you just simply make a post with your character saying so. My next post will show the new list of battle members.)

    Glenn - Mudkip (Male)
    HP: 10/10
    PP: 2/2
    EXP: 0/10
    Total EXP: 0
    Items :

    ( An Individual Format )

Now i'll show an Example of two pokemons battling a enemy.

    Battle Members:
    + Glenn - Mukip
    + Derek - Charmander

Mudkip and Charmander started the battle against Meowth!

    Enemies:
    Meowth Thief (Male) LV. 2 - HP 6/6 - PP 0/0

    Allies:
    Glenn - LV. 1 - HP 10/10 - PP 2/2
    Derek - LV.1 - HP 10/10 - PP 2/2

(You create a post that is alike mine, except I am the one who controls the enemies actions. I hope this isn't all too confusing for you. XD)

    Now here's how it is.

Meowth Thief scratches Mudkip on the face! Mudkip suffers 2 damage from the attack (HP: 8/10)

Mudkip is attacking Meowth Thief! Meowth Thief suffers 1 damage! (HP: 5/6)

Charmander attacks the Meowth Thief! Meowth Thief suffers 1 damage! (HP: 4/6 )

    And so on.

Since this is simple. As soon as our RPG Progresses I'll add a new feature, that would be using moves.
And every move will have it's specific damage.

  • Okay I get the format but can we spice up the fight. Like add detail to the moves the pokemon do. body language, etc. Also Like use the environment in our battles

  • Yeah it seems there is little creativity in this roleplays battle system... It sounds like just a custom version of mystery dungeon but with text only.....
