In OrAs the easiest place to find them is in the very first route outside Littleroot. I don't think they're in XY if that's what you're playing....

I've done it two times, but I think someone else traded me Snivy. But both had overgrowth and not timid nature.
So I will try again in a sec. I'm hatching 3 eggs
