4th Gen A little help? 3;

Alright, to the Pokemon Series, I'm ancient, but to Diamond and Pearl, I'm a newbie. Last time I played was years ago, Emerald and I ignored the whole Natures and the other thing. This time I don't want to do it; I already know how they work and so on, now, my question is, for the next pokemon, what kind of moves/nature/etc should I get?.

Jynx
Vespiquen
Mismagius
Bellossom
Gardevoir
Wigglytuff
Cleafable
Blissey
Miltank

Any help would be greatly appreciated c:

For Jynx I would say Timid or Modest
Same with Gardevoir
Mismagius/Timid/HP Fighting Evs

No, Im not a fan of normal types but I know a Bold Blissey can be nasty
