Do happen to know the IV's on those three, and the Movesets/EV spreads?

I don't know about the IV's, but as I didn't breed them, they probably aren't stellar.

Forget the Hippowdon and the Regirock, while doing this I just realized that I EV'd speed instead of spD =/

I'd double check my edit, it turns out while I was doing my calcs I realized I EV'd both Hippowdon and Regirock in speed, rather than spec. def. =/

The Bibarel is done as I intended it.

I was looking for an EV'd Normal Lugia in various threads, but yeaaah...Instead, I thought I would ask for your EV training services :D
Buuut I touched my Lugia already, here are the infos I can give on it :

My Lugia
lvl 52
Ability : Pressure
Hardy/Short-tempered
PV : 175
Atk : 113
Def : 152
Spe.Atk : 111
Spe.def : 166
Sp : 126
Extracensory/Punishment/Hydropump/Aeroblast

Is there anything still possible for it ? xD
And I have a question : Do you EV train only one pokemon at once per person or can you do moaaar ? xD
