[Graphics] Animation Offsets for 2-turn Moves in Fire Red

Hello! I've been tweaking a Fire Red rom with a mix of tools (G3T, PGE, etc) for mostly personal use.

I'd like to either turn Sky Attack into some sort of Brave Bird clone, or outright add Brave Bird to the game (apparently PGE allows me to add 100 more attacks although I haven't experimented with that yet).
The issue is, the animation offset listed on the Attack Editor of Sky Attack is only the 1st turn (glowing) animation. I was wondering if someone could point out to me what the offset is for the 2nd turn animation (ie. the big flying bird animation with the dynamic background).

Other solutions were to just to hex edit in the existing Brave Bird animation on the move resource thread by MrDollSteak, unfortunately after looking through most of the resources I still don't fully understand how to hex edit what I want or where I want. I've also tried looking in the code itself for the 2nd part animation but to no avail.

If you happen to know the offset or know how I could find it and explain it to me like I'm a 10 year old, that'd be great. I'd also like to get Razor Wind's 2nd animation because then I could add it as a stronger special-type Flying attack (kinda like a pseudo-Hurricane, was what I was thinking).

    Thank you for your time!

EDIT: It's worth mentioning that I came across this thread (and a similar reddit post, from the same user I assume) but unfortunately there were no answers there either except for the Emerald offsets which aren't the same afaik.

EDIT 2: Never mind! Turns out adding new animations with the 'Attack Expansion' on PGE was actually much, much simpler than I thought it'd be.
