Anyone ever seen this card before

Nope, but there's a good reason for that: it's a bootleg. Cards with foil on both the art background and type texture (and sometimes border) are usually stickers. Still neat though! I've seen several foil patterns but this one has to be the most unique.

That's neat just to bad it's a bootleg I love the Marry Christmas on it though. I've never seen that before.
