• Arceus has gone rogue...

Hey there everyone. I'd like to reserve a spot. Sinnoh sounds nice.

Name: Mike C. Douglas

Gender: Male

Age: 40

Appearance: Mike is short and stocky, about five feet tall. While he appears heavyset, he is quite agile and strong. He looks older than he is, with wrinkles around his squinty blue eyes. His hair is dark grey, except for the sides, which are white. He is clean shaven, with a flat nose and large chin.

Mike's clothing is simple and practical, but not very stylish. He wears black shoes, designed to be comfortable and usable. He wears blue jeans and a blue shirt, with a red and white jacket over it. He is never without his grey flat cap.

Personality: Mike speaks in a low monotone and shows very little enthusiasm for anything. He rarely shows any emotion, and plainly says what he thinks. Though he seems stern and grumpy, Mike is generally a nice and even fun-loving person. He enjoys various odd hobbies and sights, and invites people to join him in these tasks. His ability to get things done, combined with how friendly he can be, makes him a natural leader, and he is comfortable leading groups and giving orders. Despite this, he usually is grumpy, and often intimidates or antagonizes people if they are being difficult, or he just doesn't like them.

History: Mike lived in a simple house in Eterna, raised by his grandparents. Life in Eterna was always slow and quiet, but productive and steady. When he was fifteen, he won a free trip to Hearthome City to see a Super Contest, but was more interested by a performing Pachirisu in Amity Square. He decided he would get some Pokemon of his own so he could see what else lived in his country.

He captured a Buneary from the forest and went out on the road. He spent months sight-seeing and traveling, and eventually took up capturing Pokemon. He spent several years obtaining Gym Badges, taking frequent breaks to go explore some ruins or watch a Shellos ride roller skates. On one occasinon, he actually obtained a Gym Badge by inviting the Leader to such an event.

Later on in life, he became a tour guide, training Pokemon that could help him move through the land as well as protect against wild Pokemon. He volunteered to help protect Sinnoh so others could enjoy the rare and wonderful nation as he does.

Region and Hometown: Eterna City, Sinnoh

Pokemon: Torterra, Floatzel, Staraptor, Golem, Scyther

Name: Treetort
Species: Torterra
Moves:
- Razor Leaf
- Bite
- Rock Climb
- Earthquake
Personality: Mike's most-used Pokemon, Treetort sees himself as Mike's business partner. He prefers to stay out of his Pokeball, so he can always be there to help. He is fiercely protective of humans.

Name: Jetsam
Species: Floatzel
Moves:
- Ice Punch
- Surf
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
Personality: An energetic Pokemon with great speed and agility, but negligible amounts of sanity. Jetsam is playful and hyperactive, but enjoys the same spectacles and activities as Mike. These are usually the only times he is calm.

Name: Flyguy
Species: Staraptor
Moves:
- Fly
- Wing Attack
- Aerial Ace
- Close Combat
Personality: A quiet and calm Pokemon, Flyguy is rarely seen. She is the main scout for the team, and spends most her time flying or asleep in her ball. She has a bit of a temper, but obeys Mike's every word.

Name: Cinderblok
Species: Golem
Moves:
- Strength
- Rock Throw
- Earthquake
- Rock Smash
Personality: Cinderblok is quiet and slow, but reliable and strong. Not very smart, he happily carries things and breaks stuff, but has little imagination or variation in his tasks.

Name: Zorak
Species: Scyther
Moves:
- Cut
- X-Scissor
- Brick Break
- Defog
Personality: Zorak is a warrior, and fiercly protects her team. This makes it very annoying that her main jobs are to clear the path of plants and fog. Her impreesive combat skills are treated as secondary to her HM moves, leaving her angry and sullen. She gladly rushes into battle, but grudgingly folloes Mike's orders. She is very fond of ice cream.

Hey there, everyone! I'll go to Sinnoh since it's so cold and lonely there!

Name: Zoe "ZZ" Zitar

Gender: Female

Age: 24

Appearance: Tall and lanky, Zoe is just over 6'. She is thin, but not skeletal. She lacks any discernable muscle or fat, and appears very plain. Her skin is lightly tanned, and her eyes are light brown. Her hair is red, almost orange, and she keeps it pulled into a ponytail.

She wears white running shoes, black slacks, and a red miniskirt. She wears a purple t-shirt and red tie, and a black cap with a red "R" on the front.

Personality: Zoe is a helpful and quirky person. She very much prefers taking orders to giving them, and even avoids opportunities for higher responsibility. She would much rather be off dozing or playing with her Pokemon than do anything like work. Despite her laziness, she is a dedicated worker.

History: Born in Saffron, Zoe lived a rich life, as long as she earned it. Her parents taught her t work for her rewards, and she got things done quickly so she could go off and play. She never had Pokemon of her own, because her father worked around them and didn't want them in the house.

Zoe got her first Pokemon at age 15, after getting a job at Silph. She stayed at her entry-level job, but got to travel away from home and find more. Ater a while, she began hanging with the wrong crowd at work, and got involved with Team Rocket, becoming a Grunt.

She traveled to the far-off land of Sinnoh, but the Team failed to set up shop, since they were muscled out by a different crime ring. Zoe quit the team so she could stay, and traveled through Sinnoh disguised as a Trainer. She defeated the Leaders but never went to the Elite 4.

When she heard about Cipher, she was choson to defend Sinnoh, which she accepted because, hey. It's a job, and she owes it to her adopted homeland.

Region and Hometown: Saffron City, Kanto

Pokemon: Arbok, Manectric, Shandera

Name: Manda
Species: Arbok
Moves:
- Bite
- Poison Tail
- Dig
- Poison Jab
Personality: Manda is tempermental, but lazy. If left alone, he will ignore everything around him. He cares deeply for Zoe and happily des as she asks, and the tw often take naps together.

Name: Jolt
Species: Manectric
Moves:
- Shock Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Ice Fang
Personality: Jolt views himself as a mighty warrior. He looks down on others with contempt, and often attacks others just to satisfy his scorn and show his superiority.

Name: Candle Jack
Species: Shandera (Shiny!)
Moves:
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Sunny Day
- SolarBeam

Thanks for the spot i managed to slip in some time this week for this! And since Arceus has gone rouge this should be fun

Name:Rico Bossogard
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Appearance: Rico stands at 5'10" he has an athletic build and he has medium length dark brown/black hair. His eye color is black and changes depending on his mood. When happy his eyes get a reddish tint, but when angry they turn pure black. This makes him very readable as far as his mood is.
His choice in clothing is nothing special he wears a black hoodie with two grey stripes on both sleeves. He also wears shorts that go a little down past his knees they also have a grey stripe down both sides. Sometimes he can be seen wearing a beanie hat that is black. When not being worn it will then be in the back pocket of his shorts.

Personality: Rico is very head strong and typically just impulses on what he is thinking. He feels thinking every detail through ruins the fun fo training and battling. Even with this flaw he is highly regarded for his intellegence of battling. He also is very curious and has a love for fossils and rare stones.
History: He was born in Mossdeep City in the Hoenn region. When Rico was bron no one noticed anything special about him. As he got older this changed very much as he got older. His parents noticed he could befriend any pokemon. Steven Stone, the champion of the region and their neighbor. Steven decided to visit Rico and brought a special pokemon with him. This pokemon was a green Trapinch which bonded with Rico right away becoming his bestfriend right away.
Rico developed a fascination with stones after meeting Steven and seeing his collection. He decided to dive using his parents Lanturn in hopes of finding rare treasure. While diving he was attacked by a Sharpedo. Lanturn triedn to help but failed when a Spheal came out of the blue and battled the Brutal pokemon defeating but was heavily injured in the process. Rico healed the Spheal and named him Tusk. A week later Steven took Rico to Littleroot Town to recieve a pokedex and a starter pokemon from Professor Birch. Rico chose Torchic.
On his way to Rustboro Rico caught a Slakoath. Rico battled through every gym until he reached Sootopilis City. Here he met Steven again this time a Beldum was given to Rico.
After his eighth gym battle Rico went to Meteor Falls where he heard of a rare pokemon. He found this pokemon, Bagon, and left for Evergrande City. Rico battled the Elite Four and made it to the Champion. When he saw Wallace was the champion Rico left for he was dissapointed. Hoping to battle his idol Steven. He then left on a journey to find Steven and defeat him.

Region and Hometown: Hoenn Region, Mossdeep City
Pokemon:

Name: Mystic
Species: Flygon(shiny)
Gender: Male
Moves:
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Roost
-Fire Punch
Personality: Mystic is very much like his trainer these two always go right into battle and usally have t be calmed down by the others. Mystic is very close to Rico and is his favirote and first pokemon. He tends to be very playful but is a very powerful battle using his speed to his advantage.

Name: Tusk
Species: Walrein
Gender: Male
Moves:
-Protect
-Surf
-Blizzard
-Toxic

Personality: Tusk is the most protective of Rico ever since the diving incident. He tends to be untrusting to evryone except Rico. This is because Rico took tusk in and helped him heal after the attack. Tusk will protect Rico from any pokemon or trainer no matter what.

Name: Kong
Species: Slaking
Gender: Male
Moves:
-Focus Punch
-Shadow Ball
-Earthquake
-Bulk up

Personality: Kong is what you could expect from a typical Slaking. He likes to be lazy and usally just lays around, but he recieved special training to help over come his lazy nature in battle. He acts more like a Vigoroth during battle becoming hyper and shows alot of strengh. More so then most pokemon on the team

Name: Basan
Species: Blaziken
Gender: Male
Moves:
-Blaze Kick
-Vacum Wave
-Brave Bird
-Blast Burn

Personality: Perhaps the most hyper on the team. Basan loves battling and never backs down from a challenge no matter how injured he is. He is also very intelligent combining moves in battle to allow him to "fly" during battle. This gives a advantage over most oppenets using ground based attacks on Basan

Name: X
Species: Metagross(shiny)
Gender: N/A
Moves:
-Thunderpunch
-Meteor Mash
-Zen headbutt
-Earthquake

Personality: The most logical battler of Rico's team. X is very intelligent and is usally the once to calm Mystic and Rico down. X is tied with Kong for the strongest team member. It is also tied with Basan for most intelligent. X always process what to do before acting contrasting to Rico.

Name: Vehemence
Species: Salamence
Gender: Female
Moves:
-Draco Meteor
-Flamethrower
-Hydro Pump
-Fly
Personality: The only female of the team. Vehemence is very brutal and violent. She has a tendency to over do things when battling not knowing when to stop, but is trying to overcome this through training. She also has a crush on Mystic which is shown often when they are together.

• Ok, I've done most of the Sign-up but I have yet to complete the Appearance, which I shall finish in due time. Arceus has indeed gone rogue...

Heading out to Kanto!
Character

Name: Keldia "Kel" Thompson
Gender: Female
Age: 18

Appearance: Standing at about 5'5", Keldia is just a little above average for a girl of her age, but still not hugely tall in general. Kel's skin is also slightly tanned due to being born and living in the somewhat warmer region of Unova, especially being born just south of the blazing heat from the desert. While smiling is not a common expression to Keldia, her cheeks dimple slightly as she does so. The eyes of Keldia Thompson are a viciously deep green, and her hair is a strawberry blonde which reaches down to her shoulders and curls slightly at the end. Being 18, Keldia's form is slightly curvy, although not by a huge amount.

Clothing-wise, Keldia wears a pair of blue jeans which fit comfortably while being less restricting in movement than extremely tight-fitting jeans. Black trainers are worn on her size five feet, which allow for running and easy travel, a habit that Keldia picked up on her trip around Sinnoh, and one which should prove useful to some extent now that she's been given the task of stopping Shadow Pokemon. White socks are worn underneath her shoes, although those aren't exactly noticeable. For her torso, Keldia wears a bright green T-shirt, of which the next, short sleeves and base have a thin white line around them. Finally, Kel wears a thin white jacket over the shirt which works wonders to keep her warm.

Personality: Keldia Thompson has often been told that creativity flows from her fingertips, and in a way, that is perfectly true. An inventor at heart, Kel has often been known to improvise with anything nearby, whether it be in or out of a Pokemon battle. This can make her a very resourceful traveller able to make something from nothing simply out of inspiration. It's a useful trait which she picked up from a very young age, and has had a habit of creating things ever since. It might be more of an obsession than a habit, since it would be incredibly hard for someone to drag Keldia off of her latest project. However, while she is insanely dedicated to the creation of whichever item she happens to be modifying, she's not hugely smart in other areas. Science has never been her strong point (unless it's about electricity) and English has never helped her in designing an object at all, thus she has abandoned trying to refine her writing much. Her hand-writing is still legible... just.
Nor does Keldia speak any other language other than English, since she knows learning another language wouldn't help her other than to read the instructions to a foreign appliance, and even then she'd prefer to just mess around with it and work it out herself. Still, she's smart in the subjects in which she enjoys, one of them just so happens to be Pokemon battling.

Being so involved in her "work" most of the time gives other the impression of being anti-social, but that would be somewhat wrong. If you'd manage to catch Kel when she's not fixing something or if you managed to pry her away from it she's actually a rather cheerful character, and enjoys a good chat once in a while. It keeps the brain active and stops the ideas running dry. Still, getting her to stop with anything can be a mighty difficult task if you're doing anything short of breaking down a building.

History: Born in the far off land of Unova, Keldia was raised in the further sea-port metropolis which makes Castelia City. Her parents arrived in the city after moving from Mauvile City in the Hoenn. Keldia loved the huge skyscrapers which made up most of the urban city, and had spent much of her life there. Kel's love of inventions and such came about after visiting a local museum and seeing one of the prototypes of the Pokedex, and since found that as one of her goals in life. Surprising, she wasn't half bad at working with inventions and such, even if quite a few of them ended up wrong. This mainly fuelled her passion to create and build, although this kept her mind mostly devoid of things about Pokemon. Besides, her family's Castform – Claudia – (brought along by Kel's parents as they moved) was more than enough experience with Pokemon for Keldia as the Normal-type seemed to hate her.

So, life went on. School was never one of the best times for Keldia considering her below average grades and such, but in all honesty, she really wasn't bothered. Keldia was determined to become an inventor even if it killed her. While Keldia never had a near-death experience (well, unless you count meeting Kel's Tsunbear), she slowly lost this driving obsession with creating in an attempt to follow another path. While Keldia had never really paid attention to Pokemon battling in the past, it was always nagging in the back of her mind, and – after spending days trying to convince Claudia to try and practice battling, the Castform soon accepted and the two began their trip across Unova. While relations between the two were tense at first, trainer and Pokemon soon began to realise the others potential, and eventually the two became closer than sisters. Soon the group grew and grew, gaining the company of Fea, Vincent, Atlas and eventually Roland.

As the two began to battle across the region, things became more familiar to Keldia, which allowed her to spend more time reliving her old identity as an inventor, which is when things really began to feel right to her. While Keldia never truly got round to challenging the Elite Four of Unova, there were more urgent matters at hand. Shadows have been running loose across many regions, and Keldia Thompson was chosen to stop this. Who says an inventor can't take on shadow Pokemon? Well, that means that Keldia's next stop is the thriving region of Kanto. Still, it's a long way from home...

Region and Home town: Unova Region, Castelia City

Pokemon

Name: Claudia
Species: Castform
Moves:
- Rain Dance
- Sunny Day
- Hail
- Weather Ball
Personality: To understand Claudia's behaviour, one would have to analyse each and every one of its different weather forms, as each one is followed by a different perspective of the situation from Claudia. During bright sunlight, Claudia is one of the most cheerful Pokemon out there, constantly with a smile on her face and often grinning at inopportune moments. During the rain, she takes a turn for the worst and often acts a little sad or worried about something as if she were about to break out in tears. During hail however, Claudia becomes a force to be reckoned with as her anger takes over. Definitely the most brutal of the three forms. And finally, when in "normal" form, Claudia keeps a rather sensible and calm personality.
As Kel's first Pokemon brought with the family all the way from Hoenn, the two work well together as a team, knowing more or less how the other would react to a situation. They're more like sisters than battling companions. Some people claim that they can speak telepathically with their Pokemon. While that is not the case with Kel and Claudia, they understand each others body language to the letter, and really don't need to talk to express their feelings to eachother.

Name: Fea
Species: Sawsbuck
Moves:
- Horn Leech
- Jump Kick
- Synthesis
- Solarbeam
Personality: A somewhat timid Sawsbuck who – like all of its species – change appearance depending on the season. Unlike Claudia who faces mood swings with weather changes, Fea keeps to her lack of courage and preference to avoid fighting. While she'd much prefer to avoid combat, Fea is still rather decent at it, especially when working with Claudia's weather abilities. Unfortunately, when in single combat the Season Pokemon would much prefer to hold back and tire out the foe by leaping aside with her enhanced speed. Captured during a trip across part of Unova, Fea had swiftly become another favourite battler to be used by Kel.

Name: Vincent
Species: Tsunbear
Moves:
- Ice Punch
- Surf
- Thrash
- Blizzard
Personality: Supplemented with a barrage of Hail, Vincent makes one of Kel's greatest battling companions. Proud of his power and not afraid to admit it, Vincent takes battling very seriously, and will often practice by himself by either swimming lengths in any source of water, or simply trying to break things to show off the Ice-types muscle. As such, Vincent doesn't take insults very lightly, and is prone to lash out at those who question his non-existent authority. Non-existent of course due to the fact that one of the few people who have managed to gain his trust is Kel herself, which is lucky otherwise the Freeze Pokemon would simply lash out without a single order. This tends to be most noticeable when Vincent is apart from Kel, since she would not be there to calm him.
Of course, the Tsunbear is both a gift and a curse, and one which Keldia has chosen to stick with. Using Vincent to travel across the ocean has become invaluable to travel when flight would be difficult to manoeuvre with or simply impossible.

Name: Atlas
Species: Ulgamoth
Moves:
- Butterfly Dance
- Flamethrower
- Bug Buzz
- Whirlwind
Personality: Kel's main form of transport across long distances, this Fire/Bug type can fly for long periods of time effortlessly, and is a highly useful asset to Kel in both Pokemon battling and for travel across the region when it would usually be difficult or simply take too long. Atlas acts as a mother figure to the group, thinking of the rest of the group much as her children. She has been known to keep Vincent in line more than Kel can count, and is generally pleasant company. Using a strange variety of flight, fire and bug-elements, Atlas works rather well in combat as a mostly unpredictable fighter, and Kel has noticed a Flamethrower or two can keep the foe at bay for a while.
During a somewhat surprising encounter while Atlas was a Meraruba, Kel managed to capture the Fire type using Claudia's Rain dance tactic, and she has since been welcomed into the group as a vital component. Funnily enough, Atlas has an obsession with anything which happens to have a low temperature. However, this enjoyment is short-lived as the Ulgamoth's higher body temperature has a habit of melting things like ice.

Name: Roland
Species: Electabuzz
Moves:
- Thunder Punch
- Thunder Wave
- Cross Chop
- Discharge
Personality: The figurative younger brother of Vincent, Roland almost tries to follow in the Ice-types footsteps. However, the electric-type will rarely manage to uphold the arrogant and proud image that Vincent does, often leading the Pokemon to simply give up. As such, Roland is a some-what lazy Electabuzz which is not a common occurrence, and nor is it useful for combat. In short, Roland's the joker of the pack, willing to surprise other Pokemon and humans with an array of practical jokes, often in the middle of a serious situation. As a generally spontaneous Pokemon, Roland does manage to counter his usual laziness by keeping up with Kel's preferred battle tactics, and has been shown to work rather well in the heavy rain.
Roland's creativity actually makes him the perfect Pokemon for Keldia to have with her, as the Electabuzz shares the same spark that she does to create things. Roland does have the advantage in combat of being familiar with electricity, which can be used to surprising efficiency in both melee and ranged combat.

(shameless bump)
Sorry. :P
Forgot to mention that Archipelago and ultragon are accepted

Also, is this bumping allowed? I was wondering if any other members were interested... Maybe they had forgotten.

• Bumping live threads is allowed, bumping dead threads is not.

Still have to work on pokemon personalities. ...I really hate typing those. D=

Okay, ShadedFury is reserved.

Looks like it'll be a while until this roleplay gets started. More time for me to build up ideas, I suppose.

• Guys, I'm having a panic attack.

I JUST FINISHED MY SU AFTER WHO KNOWS HOW BLOODY LONG!!! XD

Sorry for the long wait, pokemon personalities kill me. I feel that it just ruins a pokemon's personality to just state it in a few words (or sentences) and then have it be done with, since pokemon just can't have the basic personalities.

LOL, just realized that this would be the second time that Miharu has dealt with a corrupt Arceus! XD Of course, this Miharu won't know anything about that time...XD
