    I think the first one had to have describe Ash the best...'cuz it really shows Ash's excitement and flair for Pokemon...

    I wanna Be the Very Best
    That no one ever was

    Ash wants to become the world's greatest Pokemon Trainer!

    To catch them is my real test,
    to train them is my cause

    As a new pokemon trainer, Ash goes through his first tests and it's his cause to train them!

    I will travel across the land,
    searching far and wide.

    Self- explanitory...

    It's pokemon to understand (might not get that line right)
    The Power that's inside!

    I actually don't really understand this part O.o something about a Pokeball?

    This is about Ash and Pikachu, and once again about becoming the best Pokemon Trainer.

    Another line about Pikachu, and I think this is one of the only lines that talks about Team Rocket and thier meddling in Ash's affairs.

    Our courage will pull us through!

    Ash's Courage sets him apart from a lot of other trainers.

    You teach me and I'll teach you,
    Pokemon!
    Gotta catch em all,
    Gotta catch em all!

    Even though Ash never catches them all (so far he's far from it) As a beginner trainer he teaches his pokemon and they teach him.

    That's pretty much how the evaluation of the theme songs go. Any other ideas or opinons?
