Charizard IS back, though, ever since BW (in fact, he's now an Oaked Pokémon).

That said, they didn't bring Pidgeot back, unfortunately (they ruined a perfect opportunity for a reunion in Battle Frontier).

but he will be with ash team or just free ?
and squirtle will back to ash team ? or he stay with the fire team

    He's staying with the pod.

As far as Squirtle, we really don't know. If they do call him back, they may end up deciding to have him stay with Ash, like how Charizard managed to not only return in BW, but actually stay on Ash's team even AFTER the Unova League was over. Last we saw of Squirtle, however, he briefly returned to aid Ash in defeating Brandon and the Battle Frontier before rejoining the Squirtle Squad team.

You mean Squirtle? Well, never say never. We didn't expect Charizard to become an Oaked Pokémon, after all.

For Misty's Togepi, it evolved into Togetic and then left her for the Togepi dimension so it could guard it (long story short, a rogue Colonel tried to take it over).

As far as Brock, if Misty's going to come back, as much as I hate to say it, he has a chance of coming back as well (at least his role as doctor will prove useful compared to breeder).

And for Ash leaving his Pokeballs, if the past is of any indication, he probably will. Then again, since it's rumored there won't be any gyms in Sun and Moon, and that the player will set up the league, he may bring everything he has with him.

As far as his Bulbasaur, he was Oaked (in fact, until Charizard came back to Ash's roster in BW, he was the only one of Ash's Kanto starters to be Oaked).

Lastly, for Butterfree, unfortunately, no, he hasn't returned yet (the closest we've gotten to a return is when they rehashed Butterfree's existence in an episode regarding a random Caterpie Ash found during the Decolore Islands arc, which referenced that particular Butterfree as well). That said, he MIGHT return (that episode from the Decolore Islands arc certainly showed the writers haven't forgotten about him).

ty !:) what his Oaked Pokémon ?

It means those Pokémon belonging to Ash that, when not in use, are placed at Professor Oak's lab. IE, any Pokémon not on his party right now that aren't specified to have either been released or placed under the care of another character during this time.

Well, let's see, Brock's Vulpix is back with Suzie (in fact, in Vulpix's last appearance, Brock made explicit that Vulpix was "always Suzie's"), the remainder of his Pokémon were left at Pewter Gym. Then the Pokémon he got at AG were left at the gym by the time DP rolled around, and then those Pokémon I guess went with him when he left the cast after DP.

The last time we saw Bulbasaur being used was in Battle Frontier. As far as whether he'll be used in battle, don't know. He probably will, he probably won't.

And for Heracross, again, he's at Oak's.

Do you think Squirtle would have evolved?

Not likely. Remember, he's the leader of the Squirtle Squad, and they have a massive rivalry with the Wartortle Squad, so it's unlikely to evolve into the group they have a feud with.

Bulbasaur stated that it wasn't ready to evolve yet, it was never imply that it would never evolve. There is nothing stopping it from evolving.

It can.But it won't.Atleast very less likely. It is very unlikely to see bulbasaur again, barring Palette Town episode.
