Well I expected as much in tha mod lounge, especially with tha whole Steve incident now, tch, but -- whoa -- tch, it sounds like a darn war zone in there from what ya said! @@;;

It totally is dude...well, being a mod isn't bad at all...but anything above an S-mod is just...blech, stressful. Like, you're not allowed to mess up, if you do, you're gone. If someone above you doesn't like you...you're gone. It's hard, really hard. You talk with them over MSN and you're their best friend...but then you come back to PC, and stuff blows up in your face.

Be nice to your nearby higher staff you guys. They have to put up with so many n00bs and regulations everyday that they just sometimes explode. Happens...

Well you know...things happen. There are so many things that happen between the higher staff that members seriously know nothing about. The divisions, the hatred, the unknowledge of power...the lack of stuff getting done...the fake contracts...

I'm not gonna leak, cause I'm not stupid. I just...I just so wish members knew how much crap and how stressful it is to be a higher staff...I'd rather be an s-mod than a praetor/admin ANY day...

I could see being a staff member stressful.

And for one of my degree of lack of responsability and laziness simple modding is already enough of a stress. >_<

Meh, tch, maybe ya should just go easier on staffing? Ya know, s-modding or modding? Something a bit more peaceful, like that? ^^;;

I guess I just ticked off Steve with some of the things I said. One of the things I didn't like about being a staff is that you can't post like a member. The "man land" convo I had a while back was apparently ok for a member to be talking about, and it was apparently for 3 higher staff to post and encourage the convo...but it apparently wasn't ok for me to start it...

I don't wanna gripe...they weren't wrong for demodding me, but they weren't right either...

Is it really that big a jump? I felt really underworked as a mod. I'd get one, maybe two reports a day if I didn't catch it before it was reported. x_x It was boring, actually.
