Bad Habbits?

I sometimes chew the inside of my mouth when I'm tense. I also sometimes shake my foot or bounce my leg rapidly when I'm tense. Also when I'm tense I sometimes itch for no reason.

Mostly when something is stressing me out is when I show my bad habbits.

My bad habit is basically putting things off as long as possible.

I do that with Homework and Coursework.

I always regret it, but never change my ways.

Well I chew on my lips and I can't seem to stop for good, like I did with chewing on my nails, which I now never do.
