  • It only depends if I can find any good pokemon. I do it to my totdile. I train it to its high level then I move on with my next training. By the time I reach the Elite 4 my pokemon won't be as strong as it is. By the time I get to the elite 4. All my pokemon are in the 40's. So then I train them in the wild.

  • Nah I usually do the same...I tend to have my pokemon around level 15 for Falkner, 18ish for Bugsy, 20ish for Whitney and then I usually abuse game mechanics and purposly beat Morty's first Gastly. Haunter, and then lose to his Gengar for easy exp (I usually get my team to level 30 doing this), 34 for Chuck, 36 for Jasmine, 38 for Pryce, and 42 for Clair. I then train my team up in Victory Road to level 47 then I use my Rare Candies and challenge the Pokemon League :p

Oh and I started doing this around my Saphire version. Hehe I remember when I would go through my pokemon Blue and only use my Blastoise xD I taught him moves like Fissure, Hydro Pump, Skull Bash, and Blizzard when I challenged the elite 4...I don't know how I did that O_O I did the same on my Silver, but with Typhlosion hehe He knew Flame Wheel, ThunderPunch, Hidden Power, and Hyper Beam...don't ask me how I remember those movesets.

^ I remember starting with Pokemon Red GC. My older brothers and ma would say it looked a little obsessive. And I was a child *laughs*
