To be honest, this isn't a very effective lead because you only fully set vs Roserade and non-Choice Scarf Smeargle. And if you want this to work you need to support it with dual screens + a Rapid Spinner if you don't make this a lead.

Ice Punch or Rock Slide helps more with Flying-types, and Hypnosis has awful accuracy, so Substitute would do best.

With Tyranitar, SS will cut out Sunny Day, and honestly this would work better in full Sunny Day team. And you already have another sleep inducer, so I doubt it would work with Sleep Clause. Replace this with Celebi, Shaymin, etc whatever you would like.

Stone Edge offers more power and better coverage than Earthquake. Babiri Berry to survive Scizor's Bullet Punch, BlackGlasses so you can 2HKO Swampert without taking recoil, Life Orb for the added boost, etc. Jolly helps because Tyranitar is incredibly slow it at least helps him outrun Starmie, etc. Fire Punch for Scizor, Aqua Tail for Gliscor, Hippowdon, and the like, and lastly Earthquake for Steel-types.

Since you're using Tyranitar, this team automatically becomes an OU team. Charizard, Venomoth, and Exeggutor don't work very well, and Poliwrath and Steelix are average at best, so you're better off either making it a full NU team (Rhydon instead of Tyranitar, Gastrodon/Primeape instead of Poliwrath etc), or going full OU. And as stated, Charizard is not a good lead in any metagame. Try something like Gligar, Sandslash or Typhlosion (Scarf, Eruption) in NU.
