  • I haven't posted a thread here in the art thread in months since I first began drawing in May 2009. It's only been 10 months and I'm already seeing so much improvement.

What do you guys think I could do to improve more than I have already?

In addition, do any of you guys redraw your first drawings? I think it's a good way to see how far you've come :D

its nice increase but its not AMAZING!
i suggest going more 3/4 angles and more MOVEMENT!
really challange yourself with poses, and you can always look online to see how it looks in RL|

Thanks for the advice. I am currently working on different poses. I recently checked out some "how to draw manga" books and they gave me some tips and different views. Of course, before I actually start drawing intricate poses I'm going to learn more about perspective so it doesn't look messed up.

I like both of the drawings! And I see the improvement that you're talking about.

Haha, I actually forgot that I have a DA account =0
