In your opinion what is the best pokemon ever? Mine would be Chansey Mainly because its awesome. while i am tlaking about chansey what level does happiny evolve at. thanks

Happiny evolves to Chansey while being leveled up and holding an Oval Stone during the day. Best pokemon ever is Lickitung, its so cute. then they ruined it with Lickilicky

I'm stuck between Mightyena and Houndoom (points below). They're both dogs (I love animals-especially dogs) and one's Dark type, and one's Dark/Fire type. The best types I think. I think Mightyena might just win for me, mainly because I have more experience with them... and they look more cuddly haha
