Bug with Wild Held Items

    Long time lurker, first time poster. Unsure when this problem began but during a playthrough of a ROMHack I've been working on I noticed that despite a first and second potential held item for wild encounters for Pokemon that it'll occasionally be holding the ????? index 0 item and was hoping someone has experienced this problem before and also found a solution.
