    Forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask, but I'm curious if Kecleon, Celebi, Lunatone or Smeargle are available to be put into Scarlet, and if so and anyone has some willing to part with if you'd like to trade? I'd be very grateful. Thanks!

    No, they're not in scarlet/violet yet. I'm not sure if they'll be added to the indigo disc dlc. As of now they're only available in sword/shield and bdsp.
